Special projects
Special Projects
Some questions need more than a report. They need a programme.
When the problem sits somewhere difficult, a long way from London, we build what the client needs around it. People on the ground. Imagery from above. Analysts who join the two together. Three examples, with the details left out.
A game reserve in southern Africa
Poaching networks don't stop at the fence. We mapped the people behind them, the routes they use and the money that moves them. We tasked satellite imagery over the ground that mattered and gave the reserve's team a picture they could act on. The work continues, month by month.
A contested development overseas
A client with a large commercial interest needed to know who was really behind a rival project. We profiled the principals and the companies around them, watched the site from orbit, tracked the political and media environment, and reported every month. Evidence first, judgement on top.
A campaign for justice
A campaign seeking justice for victims of serious crime asked us to map a network nobody had properly mapped. We built the picture piece by piece and put the facts in front of the investigators and lawyers who could use them.
What they share: a complex environment, a network that needed mapping, and a client who needed intelligence they could rely on.
